[mythtv] can't find a register in class `GENERAL_REGS'

Odd stuff. jan 20 cvs builds with these cflags:

-ffast-math -funit-at-a-time -msse -msse2 -msse3 -mfpmath=sse -mmmx

But add mtune or march pentium4 or prescott, it'll die with the 
GENERAL_FLAGS  error.
