[mythtv] nuvexport issue in latest CVS

I think that a number of other people have been having this when running 
as root (or not as root sometimes).  I've just uploaded another 
nuvexport version that tells you which mplayer command to run.  Run this 
one and see if it gives you some more informative error messages.
