[mythtv] DVB Subtitles Patch v1.0 released

It still seg faults my 64bit frontend. I *will* post a backtrace later today.

It also seemed to cause some additional errors to be thrown out to the backend 
about unknown codecs - none of which would seem to be revelant but ISN'T 
there without the patch.
