[mythtv] MythWeb + php_sessions directory (no more)

Hi Chris,

have you had a chance to check out my theme?

you also need

in the config directory.

Here a small changelog:
- some new variables in the config directory
- all images are not hard coded anymore (as they are in the Default theme)
- tabs like they are used in amazon
- colors are mostly pastell and easy on the eye (subjective ;-)
- tried to add more css

Not working:
- after opening a new browser the settings allways default back to 
"Default"
- somehow due to the long words in German the screen gets too wide. May be
fixed with the new variables in the config file

New Ideas:
- how about using phpthumb (phpthumb.sourceforge.net) to create resized
icons and do the conversion to gif files? woud fix bandwidth and speed
issues with the "recordings" view
