[mythtv] Australia DVB playing problem...

Oops, in my previous email, I said that the problem didn't happen with 0.17.
Correction. Problem #1 (phantom audio track) doesn't happen in 0.17. Problem
#2 (corrupt audio track) has been happening since 0.17, and still in 0.18
