[mythtv] mythgame: scanning for game give sql errors

scanning for games give me lots of mysql errors like these in the  
console using the latest (6877) mythgame:
QSqlQuerry::value: not positioned on a valid record
i get about 20 or 30 of these, then a "New DB connection" line when  
it the scan switches emulators, and then more of the sql errors.

I upgraded to the latest SVN 6877
I did see the mythgame schema upgrade to 1007

I double checked that my 'mythtv' user had all privileges on the  
'mythconverge' database thinking that perhaps i might have had a  
permissions problem updating the schema.
I then changed the schema version in the 'settings' table back down  
to 1006 and relaunched the frontend. I saw the same behavior as  
before. schema upgrades to 1007, but scanning gives lots of "not  
posistioned on a valid record" errors.
Then i got drastic and just dropped the whole database, and started  
fresh. Unfortunately i ended up with the same results.
