I think we should employ references. Just seem better that way to me.
Of course there's more dependencies but you'd hope that the main
channels sites would be up.

Also how are we going to split the data up ? by
satellite,terrestrial,cable etc ? obviously the terrestrial and cable
could be sub divided down by country as well.  Or we could have one
huge file :)
