[mythtv] XVMC and audio sync

I dont know if this is relevant but tj found an issue with ffrew and the
large audio/video mismatch adjust that went in as part of audiosync adjust.
see NuppelVideoPlayer AVSync
comment out the block affected by the comparison with 1000000 and see if it
still happens.
