1 - mythtv.pro uses mythfrontend instead of using_frontend
2 - Also it doesn't depend on settings.pro (where CONFIG gets CCONFIG)
making even a switch to using_frontend no good.
The result is that you don't end up with mythtv-setup being built or
installed.
