[mythtv] All my DVB PIDS have just dissappeared - help

The dvb_pids table is not used in .17 and greater.

Id prefer to call it a feature since hard coding of PIDs is silly since the PMT
tells you what they are..

I would try and get your card to work with tzap and dvbstream before you try to
scan..
