This doesn't seem to do the right thing WRT GuiSizeForTV=0 .
If on, it should playback in the same space as the GUI. Turning
off this option should use fullscreen for TV playback. However,
if this is off and I have a small mythfrontend window in the lower
left, the playback window correctly has the upper left corner at
the upper left of the screen but the image is the GUI size (640x480)
rather than the full desktop size (1400x1050).
