[mythtv] New configure script oddities

Normally -fomit-frame-pointer would already be enabled in release mode, it
just isn't for C files currently. I'm sure this will be fixed soon (I'm
working on a patch that does this and a few other things so I'm hoping DTK
isn't too quick to fix this).
