This archive is corrupt, specifically block 109 of the bzip2.

Thank you for putting that up.  If it's not too much trouble and you're
able to put up a fixed one, thanks again.  If you'd rather not spend the
time and instead have me use one of the utilities to suck from a live
repo, I can do that, as well.
