[mythtv] New configure script automatically enabling XVMC

You may want to try to deselect the XvMC and XvMC-vid checkboxes on
the 3rd of 4th playback setup screen.

I think the intended functionality is that the option to use them is
compiled in, but you can select/deselect them in the user interface.
