[mythtv] Keybindings

Hello.

I am interested in writing code to enable the R button during LiveTV
playback to go to Manual Schedule if there is no XMLTV information for
it to feed from. Even better is if I can figure out a way to allow the R
button to start and stop recording without dialog - so users can just
start and stop as they wish without worrying about missing anything
(spur of the moment records).

What files contain the code for LiveTV playback and button bindings?
