[mythtv] dvb zero length record

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with dvb recording zero length files. The
system contains two cards, It only occurs on the CA enabled card and
it seems to be random. It is not regular enough to reproduce
immediately, however after leaving the backend running for a few days
it tends to begin showing the problem.
 
Tuning logs appear fine, the channels do not appear scrambled. Nothing
is in the log to indicate any obvious failure.

I'm going to try digging into this further today but as I'm not
familiar with that area of the code are there any obvious places I
should be looking?

Log excerpt from a failed recording below - pound puppies isn't
usually my favourite but it was for testing purposes :) Interestingly
the previous recording was 100% successful, from the same card,
different channel, also scrambled.
