[mythtv] [PATCH] Fix description cut-off in Isthmus OSD

I like it too. Made 2 small modifications. The date-format is allways
in am/pm format in stead of taking it from the settings-menu. And I
also like to see the date a program was recorded, besides the time.
Patch attached.
