[mythtv] [PATCH] Teletext Pageswitch at runtime.

Hi all..

About 4-6 months ago I posted this patch. I waited a while and asked if 
someone would please apply it. I got the 'please be patient' reply.

I just checked out the latest mythtv CVS (haven't compiled it yet) and my 
patch still applies cleanly (yay!), but it would be rather nice to have it as 
an official part of mythtv.

Could someone with mythtv commit access please look this over? I have used it 
ever since I made it with absolutely no ill effects, but if there's something 
someone wants done differently then please tell me.

Also attached is the latest list of teletext pages in various languages for 
various channels that I am aware of. If it could be put in 'contrib' of 
something, that would be great.

This is Analog VBI, BTW. There's been a lot of talk about DVB teletext since I 
made this patch.
