[mythtv] Building, installing and testing different mythtv versions

You can run the binaries from the source tree if you also set
your LD_LIBRARY_PATH evironment variable to pick up the libraries from
the source tree.

Note that it'll be working off your regular database though so beware
unexpected schema upgrades.
