[mythtv] OS X compile in CVS

I've been seeing the nice improvements on cvs for OS X myth.  Well
done (I think, haven't tested them yet...) here's why:

-With the preliminary backend fixes, myth is trying to compile the
backend (especifically nupperlvideorecorder).  It always complains
about a missing header file:

sys/soundcard.h

This was compiling fine before the recent commits.  I can't find
anywhere to turn nuppelvideorecorder off (not compiled).  I did
comment out the mythbackend compile directives from the programs.pro
file, but I'm missing something.

Any ideas?
