[mythtv] MythWifi Remote Control plugin

I have added a solution for users of older versions of MythTV in the most 
recent version of the tarball on my website. I have not been able to test it 
(I dont have an older version of MythTV installed right now), but I think it 
should work.
Tell me if it worked please, so I can fix where necessary.
