[mythtv] MythWifi Remote Control plugin

What you probably still need to do, is run the default.sh script in the
web/layout directory (it is described in the INSTALL file of the web tar
file).

(always a good idea to read the INSTALL files; mine wasn't working either
until I read this file ;-))
