Some interesting things, I'll post to bug 551 once I verify, but upon
marking 9 channels that dvb scan found as not visable via mythweb, I've
gone an evening, including recording 3 shows at the same time, without a
single IO block -- This hasn't happened for almost a month.  I had 5
channels in my listing that are USDTV channels, and normally encrypted.
2 others were simulcast but SD versions, and the other two simply didn't
have guide information.  

I'll add one back in at a time until the blocking occurs again, but I
thought I'd mention this small update here since it appears others may be
having related problems.
