[mythtv] LiveTV using svn 7943

LiveTV is undergoing a big change to the ringbuffer.. it may still be
broken.

Running the latest svn update (7943) and not having much luck getting
livetv to play.

2005-11-20 08:26:25.442 GetEntryAt(-1) failed.
2005-11-20 08:26:25.443 EntryToProgram(0 at Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969)
failed to get pginfo
2005-11-20 08:26:25.443 TV Error: LiveTV not successfully started

The code has been compiled after make clean. What did I miss?
