[mythtv] Project Grayhem (new mythtv theme)

Just tried it out at home and found a minor issue, when you pause live tv
the buffer amount in seconds doesn't increase IE it says 00:00:03 of
00:00:03 and the second number never increments.

Also I like the channel info and stuff however not to keen on the small
ff/rw stuff, could it be possible you make a version where that thing is on
the bottom in a long stretching bar? It's kind of tough to see those numbers
far away from the tv, it would be nice if it was similar to Titivillus-OSD
in that aspect.
