[mythtv] Debian apt packages

How about registering a project on https://savannah.nongnu.org/ with a name 
MythTv-pkg for the debian/ directory and associated patches.  This gives us a 
web page and mailing list.  It also allows the maintainers to change as 
interest/time change.
