[mythtv] OSD Program info?

That is the behaviour I expected, it has worked that way for months or more. 
However somewhere between commit 8030 & 8042 it is no longer toggling between 
the two, just showing the status osd. The likely suspect is 8041 but 8040 
touches some theme/prog info stuff.

I will take a look at the code to see why it appears broken on my system.
