[mythtv] /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -liec61883 and Std9BadAlloc

I had myth installed through yum (myth suite) with firewire on a dct6200
and started running into

2005-10-02 17:04:24.013 AvFormatDecoder: Video has changed from 0x0 to
528x480.

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'

  what():  St9bad_alloc

 

which I traced down to a firewire-specific issue that was patched after
the .18.1 release. I tried to get the .2 release out of svn, and get
error. Google doesn't turn up anything - where does that library come
from?
