[mythtv] mythtranscode defaults

Is that code stable enough?  I though I'd seen quite a few posts where users were
getting errors with it because it didn't like the source audio format.
Probably DVB users.  It wasn't that high on my todo list to look into it since I
never use mpeg2->mpeg2.
