[mythtv] MythFlix (NetFlix Plugin)

I had some spare time today and started working on a myth plugin for NetFlix.
It uses NetFlix RSS feeds to view the movie listing and allows you to add a
movie to your queue.

The functionality was so close to what MythNews provides I simply modified
the mythnews code base to support "Add To Queue" when an artical (i.e. movie)
is selected from the rss feed.

I thought such a plug-in might be of interest to others so I'm posting a
 patch for mythnews that convert mythnews to mythflix.

I'm new to Myth development so somethings I would have like to do I didn't
because I haven't figured out how.  Foremost, I like to figure out the menu
system so I can deploy the plug as mythflix and not a modified mythnews.
Right now it using all the plumping for mythnews so installing mythflix will
replace mythnews.

I very interested in peoples feed back and how I should manage the code base
when 95% of the functionality is the same as MythNews.  I don't think a patch
is the best solution but is works for now.
