There is an mpeg2->mpeg2 transcoder in mythtv (though it has never
worked very well).  I am currently in the process of redoing it from
scratch, and will provide a much more robust solution sometime in the
near future (depending on when 0.19 is released).  Otherwise, you can
use nuvexport for the time being.
