[mythtv] Managing channel lists for multiple cards

I may not understand the original question, but here's what I think you
could do at the regular-user-configuration level:

You already have 2 DD lineups.  Using zap2it's website, you modify the
"cable" lineups to only have the low numbered channels.  You modify the
"STB" lineup to remove the channels that the STB cannot tune.  Then you
open up the channel editor in MythWeb and delete a crapload of
channels. Then there's no duplication.

The only tricky part is if there really is overlap between STB and
cable (for instance, ESPN is on both channel 50 and 150, and you want
to tape on either source).  Then I'd recommend looking at the Bruce
Markey posts.
