[mythtv] Tuning to off air channel still hangs (SVN7347)

It could be a perception thing I guess, now I've got something to look at
while the channel change happens it 'seems' faster. That's why you often
see mirrors in lift lobbies, if you can gaze at yourself in the mirror for
a while , the lift seems to come a lot quicker :-)

I'll do some timings and post them here. I also don't use LiveTv much, in
fact my main use is to check that everything looks good after an
upgrade....
