[mythtv] DVB Channel Scanning issues?

Hi all,

   Can someone list which patches from Ticket #1485 should be applied  
to fix the current channel scanning issues (weird channel names and  
SDT errors during scan) ?  It seems that some of the patches attached  
to that ticket have been applied, others have been updated, and some  
are just not applied yet.  A quick summary of which is which would be  
very helpful.

   I have further logs (a full scan in Sydney taken with r9595 -v  
all) at http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~willu/myth-tune-logs/ if that is  
useful to someone.  I have a working set of channels, but as I am  
soon going to help a friend set up a new myth box I thought it would  
make sense to help debug this.  (BTW, I've included before and after  
dumps of the channel table and dtv_multiplex table.  The scan should  
pick up more transports than are available in the 'channels- 
before.sql' dump.  It shouldn't be missing any that are there though.)
