[mythtv] Menus/ titles missing.....?

Try changing your theme. I had this problem when using an older theme
(MythCenter), but most of the myth default themes worked.

I fixed for MythCenter by reducing the font size for <genericbutton>
in theme.xml from 24 to 23.
