[mythtv] How to configure MythTv for Leadtek PVR 2000 (h/w encoder)

This really isn't a dev list issue unless you're wanting to code  
support into Myth for this card.  The ivtv selection isn't going to  
work, because Myth is trying to set the codec and compression  
settings for your card using ivtvctl.  Since your card is not listed  
as supported on this page : http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/ 
Supported_hardware , ivtv isn't going to work.  You might want to  
search the ivtv-devel list archives to find out why that card is not  
supported.
