As a data point I am using 0.19-Fixes (built from source) on a Debian
system with a Nova-T. I am not seeing any unusual CPU usage during
recording / live-TV, usage has not noticeably changed from 0.18.

My Nova-T is the old 909 model, I don't know if this makes any difference.
