[mythtv] DVB EIT languages and subtitles in 9710

Hi,

With 9710 I have two things in EIT that seems to be broken. Both these 
worked in 9656.

Here in Finland we have EIT data both in Finnish and Swedish. Although I 
have set 'fin' as a first language in settings (and 'eng' as a second), 
most of the EIT data added to the database is Swedish.

The subtitle field is also incorrectly filled. Now it most of the times 
contains same data as in description. For some programs subtitle field 
contains the description in Swedish while the description has the 
correct description in Finnish.
