For themes that have a chapter menu the chapter points are created 
automatically. How many chapter points are created depends on the theme 
-  currently 8 are created by both GANT and MythCenter but that is 
themeable. The chapter points will be evenly spaced throughout the file.

The other themes that don't have a chapter menu currently don't set any 
chapter points. It should be easy to add chapter points that are say 10 
mins apart for these themes. In fact my standalone DVD recorder 
automatically creates them that are 5 mins apart and is very handy to 
quickly jump to a point in the file. I'll look at adding them shortly.
