[mythtv] Browsing channels

The OP in that thread disagreed that it was the desired behavior (based 
on previous behavior).  My belief that current behavior is the desired 
behavior is based on the thread

However, we'll need Chris to verify whether channels from multiple 
inputs on the same card should be treated as a special case and shown in 
browse mode, as that issue was never explicitly mentioned in the thread.
