[mythtv] Incorrect playback hue with VIA

I think this may have broke because we began handling the return values
from the VIA XVideo implementation correctly last week, the latest
VIA driver doesn't work unless we do. Maybe the adjustment we have in
MythTV for the VIA was due to us not respecting it's U & V offsets.
If you could confirm this by reverting to 10781 with your current
driver,
that would help. And if you confirm that the current MythTV svn head
works with the openchrome svn head drivers, that would help as well.
I've posted the problem on the openchrome mailing list, so lets see
what they say.
