[mythtv] Feature suggestion

Just had a thought about the OSD during video playback.
I frequently pause and use the foward/backwards (one frame at a time) to
view something in close detail. The whole problem is that the OSD  is
displayed every time I move a frame forward or back. Maybe there should be
a way to hide it until play/unpause?
