No.  Per show over-record is *hard* and will bump other programs 
including back to back programs.  If you want the scheduler to try to 
record a little after or before for any recording, use the global 
over/under-record options in setup.  If your system is bumping programs 
because of lack of tuners and per-show over/under-records, you need to 
fix your setup.
