[mythtv] HD doesn't play in LiveTV, records fine (8872)

At rev 8872, I'm getting just a black screen when I switch to my
HD3000 input (ATSC over QAM), no signal lock indicator or anything
else.   After several seconds, it times out and returns to the menu.
Scheduled recording from the same channel works fine.  LiveTV works
fine in SD on the WinTV card.  (I haven't used LiveTV in a while, so I
can't say when this broke, but there's a certain football game being
broadcast in HD...)

Frontend and backend logs in attached zip (startup, start livetv SD,
hit Y to switch inputs).  Made clean before testing.  Let me know if
more info would help.
