[mythtv] Any chance someone could commit #1198?? (lib64 fixes)

Hi,

Now that 0.19 is out (well done everyone), is there any chance one of 
the devs could commit this (or reject it!).

It just allows the configure scripts to use a lib64 type directory 
layout if so requested.
