[mythtv] tracking the cause of channel change slowness

I doubt it, as after channel has changed, I get around 5-10 secs of
buffered video. In addition, on another frontend the channel change
takes 20-25 secs. I haven't checked which function slows that down
though.

I guess I'll continue tracking into the methods and try to figure out
the slowdown spot more closely.
