[mythtv] List of Available commands

Is there a list or well documented section that I can
look at that provides a list of SQL command format or
other query commands?  Example I was using
GET_PROGRAM_INFO to get the program list and now with
.19  it is not available.  Is there an "easy" way to
get available commands or sql format.  I am trying to
get the program info and then set a recording.
