This didn't help me any. In fact (and this is very odd) When it
starts up for me I get this:
Duration: N/A, bitrate: N/A
Stream #0.0[0xff], 25.00 fps: Video: mpeg2video, yuv420p, 720x576, 15000 kb/s
Stream #0.1[0x100](deu): Audio: mp2, 48000 Hz, stereo, 192 kb/s
Stream #0.2[0x101](deu): Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, stereo, 448 kb/s
which looks a bit different from:
Stream #0.0[0xff], 25.00 fps: Video: mpeg2video
Stream #0.1[0x20]: Data: 0x0000
Stream #0.2[0x100](deu): Audio: mp2, 48000 Hz,stereo, 192 kb/s
Stream #0.3[0x101](deu): Audio: ac3
But yes, my guess is that inserting the new stream is causing the
issue. Since supporting that is't posisble with PS streams, I'm not
really sure what options we have. If you could get me enough of the
stream to actually duplicate the issue (you can run mythtranscode of
the stream after you cut it with 'dd'), I could see what I could do,
but otherwise, I'm not sure what else I can do besides to have
mythtranscode die more gracefully that the div-by-zero you get today.
