Due to the nature of the patch anything that accesses removable media may need 
to be updated.  Since I only use MythGallery I haven't actually looked into 
the other plugins.  I will update my test system and see if I can fix this.

It should detect any changes via the MediaMonitor, there is probably something 
I'm missing.

I will see if I can replicate the other problems you noticed and try to fix 
them.
