I'm using SVN 8625 and just got another broken video after
mythtranscode.

I already did so, and he fixed my problem (thanks Geoffrey), but
apparently ProjectX is still more reliable. Why not save the time and
use an already existing solution? I know that ProjectX is Java, and it
would be an ugly thing to use it. Maybe another idea would be to steal
the ProjectX code and port it to MythTV (it's GPLed), or at least share
some ideas from the ProjectX code.
